We were initially quite stressed about choosing the right company, as there are so many options and it’s hard to know whom to trust with your household belongings. After speaking to a few service providers, we finally decided to go with Divya Packers and Movers, and we’re really glad we did. Right from the beginning, our interaction with Ravindra and Hema was very reassuring. They were extremely supportive — from handling our enquiry and conducting a survey, to giving timely follow-ups and keeping us informed at every step. The packing team arrived on time and packed everything very neatly and professionally. Since we had a lot of items, we were assigned a full-load container, and we were even allowed to use our own lock for better security. Our belongings were delivered within the committed timeline of 3 days from Bangalore to Indore. Their staff was polite and helpful during unloading and also helped in unpacking large items like our bed, almirah, TV, fridge, and washing machine. There were a couple of minor issues — like slight damage to the glass tops of the dining and center table, and the boxes not being labeled with room names, which made unpacking a bit harder. But other than that, everything was intact, and they didn’t charge us anything extra for leaving the boxes behind. This company is a complete and utter disaster. Their claims of "No Hidden Cost" and "Hassle Free Services" are nothing but lies. First, they tried to sneak in a hidden GST charge after we'd already paid in full and our belongings were in their possession. It's a blatant attempt to take advantage of their customers. Second, their so-called "Hassle Free Services" turned out to be the opposite. We waited an agonizing week for tracking information, only to find ourselves constantly chasing them down for updates. Finally, their "Door to Door" service was a complete joke. Despite our explicit instructions, they left our belongings at the entrance of our building, forcing us to carry heavy boxes up several flights of stairs. I cannot stress enough how terrible this company is. Their incompetence and dishonesty are beyond belief. Avoid them at all costs!

Very bad service from them. Most of the items were broken. We had our bike also shifted along with other items and the side mirrors were missing. Tail lamp was also broken. We conveyed this to the manager. He said he will check and get back to us and never reverted back. He blocked all the numbers that we called him from. This is definitely not the way how you address your customers concerns. We have filed a complaint in the consumer court against them. Anybody looking for a safe and trusted packers, please don't choose them. Very unprofessional team.
