Service executive Mr. Namdev was very polite and co operative. Most of the time he only comes to our home for pest control. Moreover whenever we raise any complaint if any with the company they make sure that the issue is resolved in 24hrs. Overall very happy with the service.
Pathetic service and management. These people are running this business to extract money from client in the form of AMC. Total scam. Zero business ethics and values. Deserve minus rating.
Dot Pest Control is a fraud business. Despite charging a high amount, we still have cockroaches running around in the house. Staff is not at all co-operative. Please do not pay your hard earned money to these scammers.
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. Despite assurances that the problem would be resolved, the pests are still present. Waste of money.
The company is for pest control purpose and have different rates and different methods to kill different pests starting from 650 to 1200 with three service in a year. Although the service is ok ok one can find different pest control companies with really good offers.
