We availed their service for our Meghalaya Tour from 23rd to 26th January 2026. We had visited Shillong and Cherrapunji. The Driver was good, well behaved and cordial. The payment process was also good. Overall satisfaction if 100/100. I strongly recommend their service.

We just finished our 7 days trip to Assam, Kaziranga and Meghalaya. It was planned last minute (and during Diwali) and the company managed to accommodate last minute changes without any difficulties. The car was super clean and felt like new. Most importantly, our driver Zazbir was great - punctual, nice, suggested a lot of interesting places to see and we admired his driving - always on time, but also we felt very safe and comfortable, which is so important on a road trip. We have taken Dzire vehicle from Drive Loop rental for a 7 night and 8 days trip to Arunachal Pradesh recently from Guwahati. Our trip covers Bhalukpong, Dirang, Tawang, Sanghi Valley and Jamiri village and back to Guwahati. Initially, we had some reservations about the Vehicle leg space (as the journey is long and cover a good distance) and about the driver's behavior. But the vehicle provided to us is quite good, enough leg space for comfortable journey, quite big luggage space. Driver was also good and showed us all the spots as per the Tour Itinerary. Driving of the vehicle by the driver is quite safe. We are quite satisfied with the trip and definitely recommend them as a good Travel Operator.

Best taxi services in Meghalaya! Every time I visit Meghalaya, I always reach out to them for taxi services. They offer very reasonable prices and drivers are well-behaved. I have visited Meghalaya twice, one on a girls trip, covered Shillong sight seeing, Dawki, Mawlynong and living root village. Trust me I felt the safest. Second time, I visited with my husband and covered more offbeat places like Mawphanlur, phe phe falls, krangsuri falls, Cherapunji, wari chota at an very affordable cost for 5 days.
