Ds Enterprises packers and movers

Very very bad experience. I shifted recently reloacting locally in Lucknow. The movers and packers guy did not bother to write on each of the boxes what is contain in what box, moreover there was no arrangement of vehicle despite a pre-inspection by the owner/ head namely Mr. Dhirendra. To the worse they asked me to book vehicle on the porter app and due to no availability of it made the labour guys stand on the road to get a Daala arranged. Most pathetically all my crockery was broken i had 2 full boxes of glasses, cups and glassware which was all broken no coopertaion was shown by Mr. dhirendra, on addressing this issue with him he said that he does not guarantee breakage of items if any and tried speaking to me in the most ugliest way. He was very casual about the breakage done by his workers. With this kind of attitude where the movers and packers dont bother about the breakage of items they transport from one place to another and on top behave very rudely I would not recommend anyone to book through this company. Very very poor service. Not even worth one star. They can break steal or do anything with your stuff and would at the end say "we cant do anything about it this we dont guarantee this". I would request please ever book from here.

Extremely poor service, i booked for my activa and received it in damaged state. The agency refused to compensate for damages and is reluctant to help. They are fraud avoid their services I took their services for delivery of activa and highly disappointed and regretting that i paid huge amount for delivering my vehicle. Liar also.... denying they served. To maintain customers learn to be true and loyal to your work. Zero rating work. Refrain from booking their services, worst company.
