I have been shopping here for over 11 years and have always received excellent customer service. So far i have had a refrigerator, washing machine, Volta's A. C, 4 burner gas stove, stabilizer, fan and many more electric appliances, even though I am from Bettiah I prefer Krishna electronics Bagahan.. Krishna electronics is the oldest shop of TV in bagaha. I have purchased almost all my home appliances and electronics good from this shop in my entire life and never thought of hopping shop. Pros: • Price of products are very competitive and reasonable. • They guide you about the product we want to purchase. • They provided after sell service. • They always value there customers and sometimes they are providing services to products sold in 90s almost 20 to 30 yes old. • They clearly explain that if you buy local products then it will be very cheaper but the orivid warranty to it. • They send there mechanic for repairs for urgent defect and don't wait for service from service as it takes time because bagaha us nit big city. • Shopkeeper behaviour are very very nice, I am saying that because I had purchased few products from the current owner father. Cons: • For few yrs during 2007-2010 they had very limited product range.

This shop is just opposite to Central Bank Bagaha-1. Wide range of electronic items at competitive prices. Post sale service is excellent and doesn't disappoint it's customers during warranty period for any service related issues.
