Very arrogant and rude owner. I asked for a white light even specified the model. They gave alternative as it was out of stock. We went for exchange the very next day as it was yellow and exchange terms discussed prior. Owner started a fight with us, when we told them the light was a bit yellow and we need whiter tone(5500K). That he didn't have and then picked up a flight with us saying how much experience he has in business and no matter what products given we'll come for exchange better take money back. I tried to explain that he's also doing trials with us with giving alternate products. But in vain. The owner's son has good nature though.
