I am a regular customer who has purchased multiple products from this store over time, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, I faced extremely rude and disrespectful communication from a woman in the service team. Instead of acknowledging and resolving a mistake made by the sales team regarding a money dispute, they attempted to adjust the balance using a tip that we had voluntarily given to the technician. This is an unacceptable and shocking practice, and reflects a very low standard of business ethics. It is shameful to see a store operate in this manner, without accountability or respect for agreements made at the time of sale. As an NRI, I feel deeply disappointed and embarrassed to witness such unethical behavior. I, along with my entire family, will never purchase from this store again. I would much rather pay more and choose a brand like Reliance Digital, which clearly maintains higher ethical standards and offers a far better customer experience.

Honestly I have purchased phones many times from here I must say the salesman is very good he will sell you the phone with worst quality to you and you will realise it once you purchase it and come home , they will not show you the exact phone which you are purchasing they will show you a different phone and say that it is similar to this phone , and once you purchase boom you are scammed because you cannot exchange or return it , please don't do the mistake of purchasing phones and tabs from here nd don't make the same mistake as I did , purchase online phone as you can return if it doesn't meet your expectations.

The guy who was showing tv was too much arrogant, I just asked why the tv in online priced less than offline and the specs are 100% same for that he lashed out at me saying 'I'm selling tv for 8 years I know online TV's quality is lower than the offline, the name of the TV's in online and offline is different because the quality of led in online TV's are low.
