Khosla Electronics, Bolpur - Best Electronics Store for Mobile, Laptop, AC, Fridge & TV!

Purchased one Haier Washing Machine. The staffs ate well behaved and polite. Mr. Sayak has been quite supportive during in home demonstration and support. I recomend Khosla Electronics, Bolpur

We ordered a fridge and when it was delivered ans unwrapped we realised it was the wrong colour. The store collected the fridge and delivered another one in the right colour within 2 hours. Great customer service. Very happy to recommend.

Customer service by the sales people are good. But the store does not have a proper payment processing method. This store does not accept some of the prominent credit cards. So I was not able to avail the offer related to axis bank credit card and purchase merchandise at regular price. Another annoying part is the slow payment processing system. Other than this Khosla Electronics store, I have never seen a store where it takes nearly 30 minutes to make a bill and process payment for a single standard electronic item.

Bolpur khosla is very good store. All staff is well behaviour specialy Mrs Anisa. All electronics item is very reasonable price.
