Bad after sales service of indo product.. no help whatsover. Kept the product for more than a week and returned without repairing it

Very Poor customer service, don't listen to the customer after buying the product if any problem came in the product.. while buying any product the shop owner talks sweet with you but when the time of service came the shop Owner LIE and don't follow his own words given at the time of buying product... If you want good customer service and support then NEVER BUY any product from this store... Very RUDE and ARROGANCE behaviour of the Shop Owner at the time of service.

Very poor customer service by the owner, at the time of buying product they talks very sweet to u but when a complain raise the shop owner don't follow there own words given at the time of buying the product.. I buy indo geyser from this store on 10 jan 2024, within 2 month it starts to leakage, i contact to the customer care for no. of times, the service man didn't came, then i went to the store for 3 - 4 times to talk about complain, after that they claim the they replaced the water tank of geyser but within 2 days it again started leakage, again i went in store for geyser replace, they Denay for replacing geyser and for repairing too... the shop owner talked with full of arrogance and lied that he never said that he will replace the geyser if it leak... owner is full of arrogance and shows very poor service for problem
