Very poor service experience from Unilet Chitradurga. I bought an Aquaguard from this store 2 years ago. Recently we called them for servicing. First, they charged ₹3,800, but even after that the water was not filtering properly. When we complained again, they came for another service and charged ₹500, but still the problem is not solved. Now the purifier is still not giving filtered water. We tried contacting them multiple times, but they are not responding properly and are avoiding calls. They are very polite and responsive when selling the product, but once the sale is done, they are not ready to provide proper service. I strongly suggest never visiting this shop. Worst after-sales service.

Wrost experience unilet Chitradurga head office area manager mr Naveed he behaviour not good I take one tv today he scold to customer products also high price comparisons other showrooms and also he is not taken cancel and don't go this showroom I will wrost experience today

Very bad and totally worst behaviour from your one of the store Chitradurga unilet I suggest please 1st train up your staffs how to behave to customer after you appointe the staffs to stores other wise your company reputation will drop very soon when this type of employees are there in your stores specially Chitradurga management
