I am facing inconvenience with my Crompton pump service. Even though the pump is under warranty, I was told to carry it myself to the service centre. If I ask a technician to take it, I am being charged ₹1500. This is causing unnecessary trouble for customers. I request Crompton to provide proper support and make the warranty service more customer-friendly.
