Never buy from this shop. Poor service. Faulty product. Purchased a USHA room heater, after a week it stops working. When I go for warranty they denied for repair. So never go on this shop.
Worst experience!! They are selling defective merchandise and hide the exchange policy at the time of selling things. Pathetic response to customers query post selling. There needs to be a Zero star provision for such shops.
They are good to customer only until product is sold ..after that they don't even understand the problem customer is facing with the product .. Bought Usha Quartz Heater, it stopped working in just 5-6 days, when visited their store they replaced both quartz rods and charged for the same ..then again next day it stopped working, got it relaced again and now 3rd time it stopped working in just 10 days period ..and their response to this issue is very unprofessional ..
