Local items like Orlo in same price of brands like phillips. They don't have any brands like philips, havells, bajaj. Made bill for me of around 60k and left a strip light adapter of 300rs. On asking them to refund, they refused saying you must have checked box thoroughly. Better buy online from amazon. Everything is available there in better quality and price. No wonder why all reviews about them are pathetic.
Be very careful while purchasing from them.. they gave me magnetic/track light bar (non branded and non-heavy) of 1500 each which is easily available for 850 in market.. he will give less rates for wires or other products but may loot you in other product so be careful
This distributor is charging high amount then any other retailers you can buy I visited for legrand switch and they gave higher price also they cheat if don’t verify light they can give mix and match color please don’t visit this shop.
I was a regular customer 10 years back, at that time they were the best choice, because of their service, behaviour, pricing etc. But I have a doubt now something is changed they don't reply, not even bothering. I wish everything is ok. They must carry a good service approach. Good luck.
