Very bad experience of (25/10/25), they don't know the value of bill. Actually they give receipt to the customer for repairing or for other work( *In case of product in warranty* ), but in my case i visit the center for my *out of warranty* product after almost 15 days to take my product ,they ask to me for receipt then i said you didn't give me any receipt then she start argue with me was very very poor i can't expect from any service center. i said that i have bill they said their is no meaning of having bill where is receipt ? then she said no, i need receipt and very poor way of talking to customer. And 1 aunty was their telling " service center wale free baithe hai kya , ** customer bill ko saalon/years sambhal kar rakhega par 1 receipt nhi sambhali jaati** " Instead of argue with customer they could see in my bill when was the product purchased then the whole matter could be solved by checking date of purchase from bill can verify whether product is in warranty or not In the end they told us that **** we give receipt to those customer whose product is in warranty*** I agree with some reviews that i seen before posting my review that the way of talking to customer is very very poor of this center
