Very Very poor products. Bought 5 fans (all expensive) and 2 of them malfunctioned (made screeching noises and heated up like ironing machines) within 2 months. When we went to return it, they said "Talk to the company. Call on your own.. they gave us Call Centre's Number".. You won't even know if they are selling a damaged or refurbished product. They did not provide any support.. Extremely pathetic after-sales service. So, basically if you are buying a Havells or Godrej product, you have to sue the company because they will not take any responsibily and you will be on your own.. It is between you and the company.. These people will just shrug their shoulders.. Disappointed to the core..
BEWARE OF FAKE PRODUCTS/BRANDS AT THIS SHOP. One of the pathetic electric shop in Kanpur. Before buying anything please go through the honest review and mental stress that I have gone through after buying a cooler from this third class shop. This was a defective cooler, water was leaking from tank and I reported this incident within few hours. The SHOP OWNER AJAY and his wife are so uneducated, they treat customers so bad that one should regret why did he/she went to his shop. I feel so sad people like this don't know how to treat and deal with customers of there is any problem. These guys were blaming that we broke the cooler tank. They are just making money with false promises.This man Ajay is such a fake person who supplies fake products in Kanpur which is not listed. Beware of this fake products before buying.
