Very poor service and quality. I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. About 5 years ago, I purchased a fridge from here, and it stopped working within just one year. Even after repairing it, the same issue happened again after a short time. Recently, I bought a fan and some other home appliances. When I opened the fan box, it had only 2 blades missing instead of a complete set. When I went to get it replaced, I ended up purchasing two more fans, but faced the same problem again—one fan box had only 2 blades, and another fan was completely different from what I had purchased. Overall, the service and product quality are extremely poor. I would not recommend this shop to others.
