Schneider Electric - Jose Electricals

Had a very bad experience. When I called to ask about a previous bill, the shop owner behaved rudely, shouted, and used bad words. This kind of attitude towards customers is unacceptable. Please be cautious before dealing with this shop.

I had a disappointing experience with this electrical store. I provided them with a detailed list of electrical items and requested an estimate, but they failed to provide one. To make matters worse, they pointed out that one of the items in the list was unavailable in their stock and instead of offering assistance, the staff's attitude was dismissive. I was told to look for another store and even advised to purchase everything from there. This level of customer service was unprofessional and unhelpful. I would not recommend this store if you're looking for a supportive and customer-friendly shopping experience.

Worst experience from the shop the behaviour of the staff and owner was not customer friendly and worse . We bought things cost about 2 lakh and when we address a dB lock issue they where saying it's is not like vegetable replacement and they sell that dB of 2019 date of manufacturing and their behaviour is that we are like beggars and we are to be under them we are giving money and buying products but they are treating likethey are giving the products as alms

Every electrical items are available. Good customer service. But only cash payment mode, that is why I don't prefer here. Downgrading my rating to single star after 4 years. Recently I had a bitter experience, wrongly purchased an unwanted item worth 3000/- but they are not ready to return the product even though it is unpacked. Instead they showed me the board displaying no return no refund.

Way of talking is not good

Arrogant staff at billing. Asked 2% extra for card payment. Will not visit this shop again or will not recommend this one to anyone.
