I purchased some lighting and electronic items from this store. The overall shopping experience was satisfactory. The store offers a wide and impressive range of collections, catering to different needs and preferences. The ambiance is calm and quiet, which provides a comfortable and stress-free environment for customers to browse and shop. The staff members are courteous, cooperative, and willing to assist with product selection and queries. Their service adds value to the overall experience. However, I faced some inconvenience at the billing section. The billing system did not properly reflect the billed amount, which led to confusion and unnecessary delay in completing the purchase. It would be beneficial if the management could improve the billing process and ensure that the system functions more efficiently. Apart from this minor issue, the store maintains good standards in terms of product quality, staff behavior, and overall ambiance.

Felt like they always uote decent prices in quotations. Most importantly you can just walk in with your partner just like walking into a grocery store and do purchases for a whole house construction. The staff were so helpful and well behaved. Offer free delivery for big orders too. Taking quotations, Billing delivery returns everything felt so smooth.

Unfortunately, the customer service was very poor. The front office staff behaviour was rude and unprofessional, and there was no basic customer support or guidance. As a regular business customer, I felt completely ignored. Good product availability alone is not enough — customer handling and service attitude matter a lot. Hope the management will take this feedback seriously and improve the customer experience.

This store sells electrical appliances like fans and water heaters at lower prices than other shops. You get a bigger discount if you buy many things at once.
