Unprofessional and unresponsive "I had a very frustrating experience with this supplier. The owner had a poor attitude when I called and directed me to send my requirements via WhatsApp, but then failed to respond. It took a ridiculous amount of time just to get pricing details for a single cable. If a business cannot handle a small demand or treat a customer with basic respect, how can they possibly manage large orders? A big 'no' if you need urgent electrical supplies. Avoid this place if you value your time."
