If The customer asked any brand of materials , normally the shop employees will explaining this brand has these kind of models. This model comes this much of price.What would you like the models please tell me sir we will proceed the estimation. But here, the customer asking any brand of materials they are make the billing with low model of the brands. They are not expalining the how many types of models available of the brands. Then the customer thinking about the price , okay here the low price will coming compare to other shops but the customer dont know about the what types of models they are billed. I am not blame to this shop , kindly explain to the customers the types of models and price which brands asking by the customer.
