One of the good electrical shop available in Malappuram good service and dealing observed from the owners those who continuously sitting in the office .Very limited brands available but it’s cheap and best .One person who given me calls spoiled the entire image of this shop ,he is not able to communicate and do a professional follow up with customer the way he is behaving through phone is really irritating and more over he don’t know how to behave properly especially through phone .Need to coach or guide this type of unfit employees or remove from the shop as early as possible to protect good will and image of Shop.
