Well I felt prices were on the bigger side.I went there to buy an extension board and they didn't had any genuine brands.For a local brand that price was a bit high.

I visited the store twice. First visit was to buy wall lights for my home. I did not find the type of light i was looking for. I walked away from the store with a feeling similar to having visited a government office. I dont know why that thought came to my mind. It is probably the sales staff and the store layout that gave me the feeling. Second visit was very specific searching for certain lamp shades. Even though i did not find the type i was looking for, i was able to find something that i could use temporarily. I purchased the product and this time again, in spite of making the purchase, i walked out of the store with an empty feeling as if i have lost my enthusiasm.

Best place to shop for home electrical appliances and wiring materials. They do serve better. All the items are available at affordable rates. And in case of any complaint after purchase, they do take it seriously and resolve the issues to the satisfaction of customers, from my experience. The only problem one may face is the location of the shop and parking facilities.

Bad customer service from staffs side

The best part of the shop is they are so much customer oriented and customer friendly.( By the way, their sister concern 'SUBINS, Palakkad', is one step more in this regard)!!. They have given employment to so many women, which is the best thing they have done. This has been helping in their customer service dept, in a big way, I believe. Cost wise very moderate. They offer reasonable discounts. Cash and non cash mode payments are offered. Very much dependable. Returning of the products purchased are smoothly taken care of. I never had any bad experience during the past so many years of dealing, with them. This is one of the most sought after Electrical Supermarket in Palakkad, Kerala.
