Very Poor Customer Service – Needs Immediate Improvement My experience at the Reliance Digital store was extremely disappointing. The staff’s behaviour was rude, unprofessional, and careless. Even simple questions were ignored, and the representatives acted as if helping a customer was a burden to them. There was no proper guidance, no respect, and no intention to provide support. This is not the standard expected from a brand like Reliance. I strongly request the management to look into the staff attitude and improve customer-handling training.
