Very worst shop in salem , they didn’t give a quotation of items, iam architect I directly visit the shop no one can response and why you having shop in that waste of my time

Based on my research, among all the popular major electrical stores in the city, this shop gives the maximum discount (and even higher if you buy more quantity like any other business). Very customer-friendly and polite staff esp. the owners. They patiently listen and answer all your questions even if you don't buy from them. Very experienced in this business and this shows up in their customer-approach and know-how. What pulls lot of customers back to them is their attitude towards them.

I’d rate them with a single zero star for the lack of customer service.! They make peoples to wait for long even for a small item. After all, they never return your calls or messages. I wish they had a good customer service team to fulfil requests in timely manner. nothing great I can say. owner will talk butter just at the time of purchase and all vanished after that.! Biz tricks ;- ( don’t fall out.
