Prompt and responsive service, expert and genuine service men thoroughly inspected my split AC and suggested only deep cleaning as required. They didn’t ask for any additional expenses like gas refill, etc. AC cooling like new after their deep cleaning. Thank You!

My AC stopped cooling as it usually does so googled few AC servicing nearby and I found them. I had called some other number before reaching them but that number didn’t respond so I called them and they were very responsive. They came same day and did the servicing which was fast in a place like siliguri. I’m glad I found them. They checked and cleaned the AC and also replaced the gas which was finished.

DISAPPOINTED This is truly unacceptable service. We are utterly disappointed with the recent repair of our Voltas split AC unit. To have the problem re-emerge within two days of the initial "fix" is not only frustrating but also a complete waste of our time and money. What's even more infuriating is the unprofessional behavior of the technician when we attempted to seek a resolution. His refusal to respond and subsequent misconduct over the phone, outright declining to rectify the issue, is a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and basic courtesy. We are now forced to bear the additional inconvenience and expense of finding another service provider to properly diagnose and repair our AC, all thanks to this thoroughly dismal experience. Rest assured, we will never consider using your services again. DISAPPOINTED
