The store is well stocked. They sell products way above online and market price. Buy online it's much cheaper and you get the warranty benefits for all branded products. Requested if they can give discount or lesser price but adamant response, the guy was saying online products don't have warranty, the warranty of products come within the packaging, at least they shouldn't give these false justification s - bad service. Not recommended , really had to get a stabilizer that day else would have gone online only

Extremely poor customer service. Their behaviour itself is very bad Unpleasant behaviour. Behaviour typical Thiruvananthapuram treating customers like junks. And after all before buying please call and ask rates of same product at lulu mall. Atleast 300rs difference

Good customer service... Though they're usually busy with high volume of sales, they pay very good attention to each and every individual customers. I was surprised that a young lady came out from an isolated counter to explain me about the quality of a damaged item and suggested me to claim with them under warranty... And later I was astonished when I realized that it was their owner, and that too, to explain about a normal electric switch..
