MEENAKSHI HOME APPLIANCES AND ELECTRICAL

I am extremely disappointed with the customer support at this electrical shop. From the moment I reached out with my issue,starting the owner behaved nicely but later on just showing attitude. It doesn't mean if you have big shop then you show that type of attitude. Expected professionalism and accountability, but what I got was the exact opposite. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had, and unless this shop makes serious improvements in how they treat their customers, I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from here.

Fraud cheating spam scam. Paid on 01 August. Still now not received the product no response. Ppl don't waste your time and money on this cheating company. No response from phone. Waste fellow. If you call they never atten. And they will ask you lot of question they never answer very quickly. Very very very very worst i never ever seen like this before. Seeing YouTube. and buying ppl will suffer like me. As per my experience seeing YouTube and locking in this kind of fraudulent. Buy in your area local shop or wherever you see buy it. 2. Bro i paid 525 on August 1st no response from thier side. Simply ask too many question us they are not giving answer to us. 1. Where you ordered? Online site or whats app 2. I ordered in what's app. So they asked the attender name. You need to know the name and say Then youn need to tell the order number Then after that then only they will say your is dispatched and so and so date. If not means they will say not been dispatch it takes time. Highlight think is first they received the payment after that they will say it will take minimum 15 to 30 days delivery time. Before payment they never open up. By phone or this YouTube video alsobthe cheater never say the time period. Still now i did not received the product and my money is in thier account. The highlight thing is they have lot of number it wont pick up untill you try minimum 5 to 6 times each number. Dear YouTube people if you all ready to the above procedure you can pay your money and wait for the........ My experience
