Bilal started as our driver and tour guide but quickly transcend to become a friend and our extended family in Kashmir. His behaviour was exemplary with an ever smiling face, polite demeanor and ability to adapt to the demands of the tourists. We were a mixed group and sometimes our interests were not perfectly aligned for some of the items. He took the effort to provide us convenient meeting points and took extra trips to save us time and hassle. Such has been the experience that we cannot think of a revisit to Kashmir without his services. Hey we were in kashmir from 2nd May 2023 to 8th May 2023. We had taken cab services from Bilalji . Bilalji arranged for us Innova which was in excellent condition and driver was very prompt in services. The driver always went extra mile to make us comfortable. Our flight got 4 hrs late and we had to reach pahalgam on our first day but due to flight delay ,we reached by 9 at night, but driver was very patient. The most important thing was driver was always punctual which is bilalji team usp. We had a difficult itinerary but bilalji was always ok with all our conditions. I would suggest if any one is traveling to srinagar and needs cab can surely book from Bilalji. Thanks
