Express Logistics Packers and Movers

Don't book this Express Logistics, I don't want to rate this but there is no option for zero rating, This Express Logistics is not a proper Movers and Packers Service, These people are taking your Household goods and putting them into transport vehicles. I have shared some photos for reference. They all treat your goods like Garbage. Damaged Everything. Very bad experience. Express Movers is not a real movers and packers. Better to choose Agrawal Packers. Express Movers stole my AC copper wire. Damage My AC.

Best movers and packers you'll ever find in India. You must trust these guys for their services. They recently helped me in moving articles and a two wheeler from Mumbai to Bangalore. The quality of carton box used is best, all my articles including electronic items and a two wheeler were in good condition without any damages.

I recently worked with supreme movers and packers for my from Kalyan to Chennai.I was really impressed with the whole experience.they were very professional and efficient, providing a complete door to door service that was stress free and easy to understand. The team was also very friendly and accommodating throughout the process highly recommend.

Do not ever book their services . 1. No time punctuality , very late delivery around 12 to 24 Hrs 2. No ethics and improper language of executives after you finalize their service. 3. Never tell you the actual location of the flight journey , do not share the tracking codes etc 4. The helpline number is never answered , so if the delivery truck is not on time you cannot even speak to the office helpline and ask the status. 5. The website does not have anywhere mentioned the owner of the company or the escalation matrix 6. Whoever gave them good ratings must have been hired for rating them good or favored . 7. No professionalism . 8. Do not carry extra packing materials , so they come for second round of packing which means wasting your time and money . 9. If at all you book their services before reading reviews on the internet then do not give them any amount unless every things are delivered on time or safe , put a penalty clause for each Hour of yours wasted . Extending this reply to the owners reply on 18 June 2023 ... 1. The reply gives a proof of point no 2 & 7 " No Ethics & No Professionalism " by writing such a strong reply 🙂 . Had one been a responsible owner of the company he would have apologized with something like " Sorry for the inconvenience caused " . 2. Why would any one call you and complain about yourself. That's where the reviews are for them to express their grievance and alert people about their experience . 3. If you are really concerned about services to the customers you would have considered this review as an feedback and replied accordingly like "If the customer had such bad experience then more efforts will be added to improve on that part ".

We had to shift from Kalyan to Delhi and I had earlier movers and packers services including Agarwal movers and packers but the pleasure I got with Express Logistics was amazing. Very nice packing, very professional and this was the first time I got all my The furniture was well kept and not a single thing was broken. Even while unloading the goods, the staff was very professional and the delivery was done well before the scheduled time.

Excellent Service! Every item was packed, loaded, and unloaded very nicely. Satisfactory work! Happy with the service. Plus Point: They are confident in their team and equipment, therefore they won't ask for any advance amount until the work is finished to satisfaction.
