Today 25/4/2024 in Gandhidham falcon office near banking circle I ordered same product form Ahmedabad and i go to collect on morning 25th office is still close 9:00 am. No one responsibility inside Very bad staff hired unprofessionally if you to charted it will give early morning. Also, I think charter is much better than falcon.
Better To Avoid. No importance of punctuality & time, condition of the fleet is poor. Customer satisfaction is not in their business module.
Bad eveperince travelling in Falcon they don't stop for restroom in journey of 6 hours and uses their premium passenger transport bus for courier and parcel service and poor staff
Worst Experience. They stored rolls of heavy weight next to my sleeper without any securing. If the bus rolls these could come on me and cause serious injury. These could trap me in between if the weight rolls over. The bus driver and his assistant paid no attention to it and said that the office keeps them like this so we cannot do anything. Who would take responsibility if there had been an accident? I could have easily died in that situation. Such a dangerous experience. Never ever traveling with falcon bus again.
The best thing about this travel company is that they provide hospitality.. like blanket and water bottle. And there is bathroom too. So its a perfect for elder people or diabetic or someone like me who constantly worried about what if they have to go to washroom.
Good for travelling from Ahmedabad to Mundra. washroom and Drinking water bottle available.
