I recently had an experience with Falcon Kargo that left me quite disappointed. They charged an extra 30 rupees for both loading and unloading, yet instead of handing me my package, I was simply told to retrieve it from a specific spot. To add to the inconvenience, only cash payments were accepted—there was no option for digital payments like GPay. What really marred the experience was the attitude of the staff. Their lack of basic courtesy and apparent unpreparedness in handling customer queries made the whole process even more frustrating. I believe better training and improved customer service could significantly enhance the overall experience.
