Best plumbing service I have come across. I faced an pipe leakage issue which is nearly eating my head.I have gone through some expert over near my location.But they can only found temporary fix. Issue happend very next time.I had totally out of plan especially the time which is crucial for other things.Finally my eyes turned down to Fixail home service advertisement. I had booked Fixail plumbing service without hoping any quick response. In between I had searched other providers for many options at a time.Within about 10 minute i got a call from Fixail saying that they are ready to take up this situation and be there within half an hour. It gaves me a wow moment.Finally as they said ,they reached my location and had quick look over to the issue and fixed it. Worker is so talented and had good behaviour towards me.Thank you Fixail for this wonderful work . I recommend you the best service

Utilised services of Fixail based on Google reviews however it turned out to be disappointing. I had a water leak issue in my kitchen and called up Fixail to investigate. They made me aware of the plumber hourly rates which I was fine with however was surprised to see two people turning up instead of one and that increased the hourly rates. Would have appreciated if this was clarified prior. Anyhow the junior and senior plumber explained to us that the issue was a result of water flowing through the gaps next to the sink and that they would need to apply a silicone plaster around the sink to stop the leak. They did not have the plaster handy and took about 10 minutes to head out and buy the plaster from the market and all this time was included in the total time that I had to pay for. They took about an hour to apply the plaster and asked us not to use the kitchen sink for 3-4 hours. We waited until the next morning only to realise that the water leak never stopped. Given we had lost faith in Fixail we called up another plumber and upon inspection he explained that the water leak was a result of damaged pipe underneath the sink and he eventually fixed it. After all this happened I called up Fixail and made them aware and requested for a refund since they claimed to have fixed something which was not an issue at all. In addition the silicone tape they applied stated to come off the very day. Fixail denied the refund stating their policy does not allow refund and promised to give me a discount code for future use which I have not received till day. Called them up three times subsequently to follow up however there was no outcome.

My experience with Fixail’s AC service was exceptional! The technician was highly professional and transparent throughout the process. I was impressed by how efficiently they handled the repair, and I’m completely satisfied with the results. Highly recommend!
