The technician lacked proper knowledge. Initially, he said there was an SMPS issue, even though power was available in the window AC unit. Later, he claimed it was a capacitor problem. Eventually, they sent another person later who said the compressor was dead and quoted Rs. 10,000 for replacement. I decided to get a second opinion and called another technician. Now my AC is working fine, and the issue was not related to the compressor at all.

Today I visited here, and there is no such place and office of freedom aircon. I tried to call them but they are not attending. It's a fake business and fake location. I asked him about the location but not tell the location and did not attend the call
