Serviced both units of split AC nicely 5. Dismantled the external units cover and cleaned it nicely 6. Additionally cleaned the balcony and room after servicing was over

I opted for the AC installation service, and Mohd Masroor did a fabulous job. The installation was a bit challenging due to the limited space, but he used his expertise to get it done. Other service providers refused to install the AC because of the space constraints, but Mohd Masroor successfully completed it. Honestly, I would recommend trying their AC service at least once.

I recently engaged Advance Refrigeration Air Conditioning for servicing my AC unit. While the technician arrived on time and was courteous, the overall experience left much to be desired. The issue with my AC's cooling persisted even after the service, indicating that the root cause wasn't effectively addressed.​ Additionally, the service charges were on the higher side compared to other local providers, and there was a lack of transparency regarding the pricing breakdown. I also noticed that the technician didn't perform a thorough check of the unit, which could have identified underlying problems.​ Given these concerns, I would recommend exercising caution when considering their services. It's essential to ensure that the service provider offers comprehensive diagnostics and transparent pricing to avoid any post-service issues.​

Absolute thieves ! Dont even allow them to touch your machine they will change your original parts with their repaired/ local parts. Dont go for their google ratings it is all fake. Expect no professionalism and no guarantee even after they make tall claims of it. They changed my fan, broke the fan cover and returned the outdoor unit in bad shape, and now AC cooling is not even 50% what it was earlier.
