While quotation they claim to provide entire service like unloading, unpacking etc but then don't take responsibility. They asked me to handle the transporter they contracted. Talk very nicely before payment is done and shifting is initiated but in case of issue they just don't take any responsibility. Most of the material was damaged and although insurance was done, they don't support and I didn't receive any amount for the heavy damages (look at picture of transporter they hired for 2500km long shifting (pathetic). Horrible experience. Even I was fooled by high reviews (looks like made up). I will recommend people to go with professional packers and movers and not be fooled by them. I would give negative star but google doesn't permit that.
