****** Ghatiya express This is a genuine review. I am not their competitor. I have sent my scooter from Kolkata to Hyderabad, they did not coordinate with transport service DP World. I did all the coordination. I called the DP World call center updated the destination phone number. I took the delivery partner's number from the DP World call center. Called them for safe delivery. At the end I saw, they broke the tail lamp of the scooter. Now neither Gati express nor DP World are responding. Not a single sorry from them. Also they took extra 500 cash to pick up the scooter from my Kolkata address. Later when I asked them to adjust with the invoice then Mr.Sachin (politely) said no that's not possible. He said I should have called him before giving the 500/- to the pick up boys. Anyway, but after breaking the tail lamp they could have compensate that. No they are not responding. Mr. Sachin is a nice person it seems while talking on the phone but he should show responsibility. Hence am giving this feedback. I would like to name the company as Ghatiya Express.

We paid 20k to transport our car from Gurgaon to Kolkata. They drove the car for 3000km and I don't know what else they have done with the car. Owner stopped taking our calls. This is high risk as you never know whether the car is used for any illigal activities or not. I am scared that anytime police may come to my house for usage of this car for illigal activities. Hence, please take decision properly.
