Upon unpacking, I was relieved to find that not a single item was damaged. Everything was in perfect condition, just as it was before the move. In terms of pricing, Starline Packers and Movers offered a competitive rate, considering the quality of service they provided. There were no hidden charges, and the final bill matched the initial estimate.

The pick up person took 5 hours from the time given. There was trice increase from the initial amount from my delivery. On asking they told that GST, insurance, etc was added which I was not at all informed before. Delivery took more than 5 days which I was told will take 3 to 5 days and on calling the respective assigned agent he was not picking up the call and was not replying to my messages too. The driver was given wrong address ( 30 mins far from my location) for delivery for which he was charging 300 rupees extra for delivering to my location. There was only driver during the delivery and no other person along with the driver for unloading. Service was miserable and they costed more amount than the original. Never ever prefer this
