They are useless people with poor services. My new LG refrigerator , just few months before i purchased, got into trouble, they are not able to fix this. Manager Rajender is very arrogant and never helps. I am contacting LG higher levels now.

I was not giving even 1 star as the technician sent for a.c.installation was not keen to install the a.c. Made several vague excuses like why there is no stand gor window a.c., carpenter work is required to be done before installation. Why dont the company send a carpenter along with the installation technician? Or why don't they tell all such things to the customer before sending a technician? The technician visited my place had already seen the picture of the location (window) where a.c.was to be installed. But did not say any thing even after watching the picture. On arrival he just threw away his hands in the air that installation is not possible before the carpenter work. The bottom line is that customer is at fault in their view. Customer should not have purchased the item at all. If it is so then why dont shut down your pathetic services?

The worst service experience. I was charged for the solution which was not the actual problem. Staff is inexperienced and the Owner is irresponsible and have no interest to pick up the phone and get the right solution for the amount already charged.

Worst service even after 3 days of complain did not call back

Called many times but they didn't pick my call.
