One of the worst services totally nightmare. Never book from them. They committed to send someone by 1 pm , on follow up they said someone will come by 3, there was no trace of person even at 3:30 and they are clueless. No shame saying that what happen if you waited for sometime. Total harassment due to them I took all the utensils, stuff to get service done but of no use . TOTAL TIME WASTE. Customer service Swara also no use. Not ready to escalate

A really bad service . I was promised 1 pm and the service person didn’t come till 3 pm . After following up regularly . Call center lady Swara is telling me that technician is late . I has emptied the house and kept my pets at friends place depending on service time and they just cancelled the service without informing . I don’t recommend Gayaka

Cockroach pest control experience is Hopeless. Within 4 months of pest control, cockroaches bounce back strongly

Worst experience, not a single cockroch died. Not at all effective. Waste of money...

Worst worst service Rude staff, no responsibilities taken, no manners to talk to customer, owner have too attitude while talking to customer literally they cut the call of the customer, never ever recommended to anyone,

One of the frauds in the business, they charge you trice more than the regular one, and the service is horrific. I opted for 1 year, and they promise me 3 services included. after first service,cockroaches were back within 15 days, so i complaint and they sent another technician but counted as second service. same thing happened after 4 months; and thus my three services were finish within 4 months of first installation. and still problem (Cockroaches) are same. Certainly waste of money and time. Go for regular ones, price and service effective!!

Worst. Worst. Worst. The worst experience ever. Never on time. Minimum 2 hours late than the time fixed . Always giving absurd and lame excuses. No professionalism at all. No effect of the pest control. Seems they just charge money for spraying plain water. Only if you want to waste money and time with no results, then approach them. Otherwise, its the worst experience ever. Want to give negative ratings from my side, sadly cant. So havr to give one star even which they are not worth of.
