I purchased an eb panel on January 2024 along with automatic water level controller. I have been following up with them for past 4 months for the installation. As the provided me with a defective they took it for a replacement and now the entire team is not answering the calls. I wanted still this device as my father is a heart patient and wanted to make their life little easier but geesys technologies made it more difficult. I hope it reaches the management and kindly attend to provide proper service.
