Pathetic service. The shipment was booked from Banglore on 20th September. They haven’t delivered it yet. After continues calls they ask me to call the Manager Mr. Shekar, and he asks us to come and pick up the bundle. Gives a lame reason that it is season time and they are running everywhere and are short of vans. The delivery location being Gandhipuram.

Horrible service from Gokulraj Transport Parcel is with them for more than a week , they are supposed to do a home delivery ! Only once they answered my phone One Mr.Marcilamani Spoke he informed will be sent but now no one answers the call also

Some theif are there they put a hole my bundle and take some items and temporary stitched put. given delivery If you done have money go to the street and beg Don’t take others

One of the worst customer behaviour and staff. By mistake, the consignor has written my brand name, instead of the legal company name. And the staffs here refused to deliver the goods. I pleased them so much that I shall give them my original Aadhar copy and once the original LR copy comes to my hand, and I’ll take the Aadhar card, for which the staff behaviour was so rude and non-customer friendly. Never ever ever ever have a business relationship with them. Very unprofessional to the core.

Delivery is quick enough but the place is so congested....staff are good.
