He delivered dining table from Delhi to Chennai but he stopped somewhere before 10kms and saying I can’t come there you arrange another vehicle and collect your order. Once I went there he said I will come but I don’t have diesel so give me 1000rupees I will return to you once my owner picked the call but he scammed me .One of the worst experiences had from this agency no one pick the call I spoke with the owner but he too cheated by saying I will pay you in 1 hour but the lorry driver he escaped and blocked my number from my location and not picking up my call I have filed a case against him I can’t leave him simply so guys don’t trust this agency and don’t book anything from this transporter

Absolutely terrible experience getting my bike shipped from Lucknow to Bangalore. Despite being promised an Assured Delivery Date, there was a massive delay with ZERO communication. I had to chase them down multiple times a day just to get any kind of update, and still, nothing was done to fix the situation. To make matters worse, when the bike finally arrived, I was left to unload it myself — no help, no assistance, nothing. This is completely unacceptable service. Do yourself a favor and avoid using them for large parcel deliveries. I certainly won’t be using them again, and I highly advise you not to either.
