I had a worst experience with this cargo. I sent one trolley bag to my home town. They told it will reach in 3 days. But it took one week with repeated calls from my side. The staff are very reckless. They don't want to solve the issue. They will tell many stories if you ask any question. Please avoid these kind of cargos
