Very bad Service and too too higher Price. Not Recommended

I had a very bad experience with Griffen Logistics. At the start they fixed a certain amount which included d2d pickup and delivery and packaging too. But on the day of pickup they asked from extra payment for pickup and packaging. Also the handling of my goods was absolutely terrible. When my shipment arrived, most of my items were broken or badly damaged. It was clear that there was no proper care or responsibility taken during transit. I trusted this company with my valuable items, but they have completely let me down. The packaging was mishandled, and it looked like the boxes were thrown around without any concern. To make matters worse, there was no proper customer support or apology from the company after I raised the issue. This kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially from a company that deals with cargo and shipments. I will never use Griffen Logistics again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with your goods. Avoid at all costs if you value your belongings.

Worst service. don't go with them. I acquired their services for my luggage transfer from Surat to Hyderabad. They want the payment upfront after loading the luggage from your source station. I thought the luggage will reach at the estimate date and time they provided, but after reaching to the destination, they didn't provide any answer. They started declining the call. After reaching Hyderabad, me and my family were stranded without our home items and luggage. First, they made excuse like, since it is Sunday, they won't be able to deliver. Next day, once again they started giving excuses that trucks are not there, people are not available, etc ... I am not writing this just to blame them or to break their business but to make everyone aware of their mischiefs. For originality, I am uploading the receipt as well. They packed and started Looks like since we have already made the payment, they are not going to take it seriously.
