Poor salesmanship.. almost like committing fraud with clients. Pay through debit/credit card for your purchase and the dealer will deliberately convert the settlement into EMIs, without letting the customer know. Not trustworthy at all!!!
It's a good shop to buy variety of things related to electrical but some time you may run into good shortage. For contractors this is a good place to buy things as they give decent discounts and high quality products. Just have to to bear with the delivery time.
Poor service, once they sell you product they won’t attend your call. I have purchased an ac four days ago and have been calling them again and again for installation but they are not responding. Such a disgrace
The worst dealer of the worst company Hitachi.I purchased 4 ACs on 29th June 23 and dealer supplied a defected piece.When contacted he abruptly refused to change the defected piece supplied by him and now we are compelled to follow the matter legally as the Hitachi company is also not responding.
