Gupta packers & movers

Very poor service and careless handling. Many kitchen crockery items were broken during shifting and some grocery items were missing after delivery. There was no proper packing and no responsibility taken for the loss. Even after showing photo proof, no compensation was given and the behaviour was very unprofessional. Please be careful before booking. I do not recommend this packers and movers. Yesterday dated 11 nov 2025, I booked shifting with Gupta Movers and Packers for 2 PM, but they arrived 3 hours late at 5 PM. Very poor service — they handled my belongings carelessly and seemed tired since they had already done two shifts before mine without any rest or food. They dumped everything without packing or covering. Most items got damaged. They had no care for the belongings — my table and Godrej were badly damaged when they slipped from their hands. I am giving one star.

Had Good Experience with Gupta packers... They packed very quickly saved my lot of time... Delivery was also good. Moved from Ranchi to Bhubaneswar.. Good Staff...

Very professional service and attitude. Thanks to the team, my shifting was very hassle free. All items were well packed, loaded, moved, unloaded and unpacked very well and without any damage. Also, there was no delay at any stage. I would definitely recommend.

I had a horrible experience with Gupta Packers and Movers. Their unprofessional behavior and failure to deliver on their promises left me extremely disappointed. They assured me a smooth and hassle-free relocation, but it was anything but that.
