I had my first travel through gupta tour and travels and honestly it was great journey with this agency and especially thanks to Saurabh, he is very polite and humble.

The owner exhibited highly unprofessional and discourteous behavior. Despite the fare being pre-negotiated and fully settled in advance—including toll charges—he compelled us to pay the toll again due to his non-functional FASTag. When confronted, he responded with blatant disregard and deflected responsibility, claiming the malfunction was not his concern. The entire experience was both exasperating and unacceptable.

Call'd for quotation, got no clear answer. Highly discouraging behaviour, only call him if you are ready to get indirectly insulted by them.
