We booked a cab for a long-distance journey from Hyderabad to Rameshwaram. The experience was terrible from start to finish. Major issues: 1.Very poor cab condition The vehicle was not clean and clearly not maintained. Absolutely unsuitable for a long journey. 2.Unprofessional driver behavior The driver was rude, uncooperative, and lacked basic professionalism and courtesy. 3. Frequent unnecessary stops & delays The driver kept stopping for no valid reason, which made the journey extremely tiring and time-consuming. 4. Poor route knowledge The driver was confused about the route and kept relying on Google Maps incorrectly, wasting a lot of time. 5. Demand for extra charges After the trip started, there was pressure to pay more than the initially agreed amount. 6.Very stressful long journey A trip of this distance should be comfortable, but this turned into mental harassment and frustration. 7. No support from customer service When issues were reported, there was no proper response or solution provided. ⸻ ❌ Final Verdict This cab service is completely unreliable for long-distance travel. It was a waste of money, time, and peace of mind. I will never book this service again and strongly advise others to avoid it.
