Don't buy from them - Good reviews can be purchased but bad doesn't, later you will regret Fake promises, information, they say we have already scheduled the replacement from last 1 month, and so called service and now when they have seen the reviews doing tantrums that if u don't delete review will not help in servicing anyway such a money minded thieves take money of customer and send defective products and then shows arrogance, think before buying or later regret ------ Choice is yours Overall experience - worst, No after sales service, no responses, ask multiple times again and again, no updates Situational Experiences (Sales Management) 1. Their main focus is for Daikin AC only, as the lady in reception is from Daikin and she will say again and again about great AFTER SALES SERVICE, but in reality there communication with customer post sales depends if we only accepts what they say and don't question anything. Similar to all others no betterment from other providers. 2. Non proper listening and just committing on what you paid for, later on delivery product item changes and they justify it's better in price and features then what you selected on store. 3. It's just 4 months of carrier AC, the extra feature "Horizontal Swings" which they said is given to us got defective. 4. The stabilizer received on day 1 was pre-defected, then they provided another next day and justified we gave better now. 5. Upon asking on service scheduling without our asking, justification was given rudely. Key Advice 1. Please be honest and transparent on what you're doing and ask for permission, though prevents later justifications 2. If the part got defective in just 4 months,. what's the guarantee of further defects in AC, it's not even 6 months or a year the AC got defected, seriously only sales tactics being followed no empathy for customers paying huge amount.
