Hello Help

Fraud Alert!!! Stay Away, Most of the reviews are fake. Made a booking with them for maid. Paid online at the time of booking. On the date no maid arrived, when tried calling them on their helpline, nobody answered. Looked for another number online, same with that number. Nobody answered, then found a third number and no answer on that as well. They just take money and booking but don't have staff to fulfill the service.

The maid who came was very good and honest and did her job meticulously. However the management is not good at all.The helpline is just for time pass,no one really picks up .Also last moment cancellation without informing.Not sure if the helpline is managed by the founders or someone else .Its pathetic

I was using hello help service since long and it was good but suddenly they stopped responding and my money is also deducted but no helper is assigned and no any response. Pathetic ...take care before booking

Hi I have recently booked home services from Hello Help, Below were few amazing experience I had 1- I had booked it at last moment and still they were able to assign maid to me. 2- co ordination of agency was amazing and they were in continous follow up until the assigned maid reached at my place 3- The assigned maid was smart enough to understand the work at my place at minimal time. 4- Maid was co operative , focused , attentive and prompt in completing the assigned work. 5- Maid was accurate with the assigned timings and ensured to complete the work within booked hours. I highly recommend Hello Help, incase your maid has taken emergency leave , or you have guests at home or incase you are not well to do daily work of home, u must opt for Hello Help Thank you Hello Help team for amazing work, keep up the good work. Hello Help is an excellent cleaning service for household emergencies when your house help doesn't turn up. This is my first time experience, l must say the whole team arranged an experienced helper which really made my house clean. I took up the services of dusting the ceiling fans, bathroom & washroom cleaning it was neatly done and the charges are reasonable and l am very happy with the services provided by Hello Help. Kudos to the whole Hello Help Team for such an excellent cleaning service.Awesome service , Keep up the good work !!!

Very bad service don’t book in sure I have book for 1.5 hours- but only one hour work done My first time service- rude behaviour of maid- don’t know how to work Booking Id: 29eb5.

Found the app extremely helpful. I was assigned a help in less than an hours time. She arrived exactly on the time assigned and I found her extremely diligent and sincere. The backend team for the app was also readily available to solve my concern ! It was my first time using the platform and I am hoping they continue to expand their reach and keep up with the due diligence on providing good helpers
